Pleased be advised that I DID NOT POST THIS ON FACEBOOK, as far as the health dept. there was mold on the curtains and we did not notice the mold until the next morning and did not take a shower. The fridge we were going to put something in it and noticed other things had been left from the last guest. He did not mention about the hanging smoke alarm from the ceiling which should have been reported to the fire dept. I would say VERY POOR HOUSE KEEPING ON THEIR PART.

receive refund of their stay.We have clearly posted our policy at from desk that if you do not like room than let us know within 15 minutes and in that case we give refund to customer.Let me clarify some of their complains1. They said fridge was dirty than why they did not complain immediately? Their argument would be they check fridge in morning than they did not used it and in morning when they are checking out no need of fridge. Also we provide fridge as a courtesy to guest we do not charge for that so it is not a valid complaint to get refund.2. They said shower curtain had mildew, we have very thin shower curtains and mildew grow when water sitting there. It could be black spot which she think mildew. Anyway lets consider we had mildew than why they took shower? they could have come to office and say we can't take shower and we want refund. Since with all complaints they stayed there use my facility and as per policy we do not give refund.Still I considered their complain and called them and offered 50 % which they did not accept, since they paid cash we can not send them check and I was thinking way to send MO but mean time during my conversation with [redacted], her wife yelled and ask for full refund. Also [redacted] told me that they already complaint to health department so now damage is done and I have to work with health department and if my business get hurt I am seriously going to file law suite against them as they threaten me to post this on facebook.I am still ready to pay them 50% back but need know what is resolution about complain to health department. Once you have lodge complain than it will not make much different to me if I make them happy. Please let me know if you can find way to make both party happy. Customer paid $ 72.93 and it is not big amount for refund or make me rich . Will waiting for your response. Please feel free to call me.
