Review: My wife and I hired Atlas Builders & Construction to do some work in our condo. They took our $3,600 deposit from us on July [redacted] 2013 and never did the work. [redacted] and [redacted] (both of Atlas Builders) are both claiming that the other was supposed to do the job. Both refuse to return our money.Desired Settlement: We are taking Atlas Builders to small claims court as we have been unable to get them to respond to our continued demands for our deposit back ($3,600).
