protect itself and our finances we have sent her a notice for her outstanding invoice which she refuses to pay.
She has not contacted our office for payment or to make any payment arrangements and opted to file a complaint about this invoice to the Revdex.com instead.

I am going to try for the last time to be fair and reasonable with [redacted]. In September 2016 when I was first contacted by [redacted] Inc., advising me that my credit card (**) payment had been rejected I asked at that time for verification of ** ([redacted]) or a copy of the invoice and did not get a reply. As I have consistently stated I do not have an invoice from May 2016 and did not receive one. I do, however, have verification from my bank of my withdrawing a cash amount that morning to cover the service call as well as verification from my ** company of no transactions whatsoever approved/declined from this company.
When I was first contacted in September by telephone the company didn't even have the date of the service call correct. Although I do not remember providing any ** in reference to payment, if [redacted] will provide the last 4 digits as previously requested then I can confirm his claim (did his tech take ** information down incorrectly mixing a number, etc.). Based on my findings I will determine if I will pay the amount he states is owed for what I believe to be a second time. Again, I truly do believe that this amount was paid but with ** information ([redacted]) I am willing to revisit. [redacted]'s previous non-professional behaviour such as yelling, bully tactics and threats will not be tolerated.
If [redacted] is not willing or unable to provide verification of the [redacted] then he will need to go to [redacted]s where he will be required to provide it. If I am contacted by a [redacted]s Agency I will advise [redacted]s that I have not been provided this information, request to see it, refer them to Revdex.com and advise them I am disputing his claim. [redacted]s are then required under their Regulations to stop the process and refer back to [redacted] also is not able to submit an invoice to [redacted]s from a company "Atmosphere" that I have not done business with as means or proof on his part that he has made reasonable efforts to collect from me. In fact, [redacted]'s first contact with me was by telephone in September 2016 for the service call of May 2016, as I indicated in my prior Revdex.com complaint [redacted] submitted September 2016 re [redacted].
Additionally, Registry of Joint Stocks as it relates to [redacted] shows [redacted] Incorporated ([redacted]) this business address is [redacted] and is the company that performed the service call to my home on May 13, 2016; [redacted]); [redacted] Services Incorporated ([redacted]) - this one is linked to Atmosphere Climate Control Specialists under the same registry ID with a business address of [redacted].

Attached is the service report for [redacted] maintenance that is due. The **# that was given at the time is not valid and we are simply looking for an alternative payment for the services that we preformed for [redacted]
It is unclear why she refuses to pay for the service as she cannot provide proof that she in deed paid for it, however attached is a copy of the original service report with the last 4 digits of the credit card provided by the customer.
