Thank for taking the time to look in to this matterI have communicated threw email with Mr [redacted] and we have yet to come to a agreement on this Matter Hope we can settle on something, but he purchased a 20,dollar van for $12,that runs and drives great, I just feel he is trying to take advantage of the situationThanks ***

I purchased a Chevy Cruze on March 14th, that was advertised on Ebay Conditions on the purchase, that the seller himself set, were to weeks to receive the title When I paid for the vehicle, he said that he hadn't paid for the vehicle yet and would need the money to first pay for the car and then transfer it to me Thus the delay on the title However, I also asked if he could also get a KY rebuilt title for an additional fee We agreed on that I knew that I should give him extra time for the title due to the extra legwork However, the owner rarely, if ever, call me to give me updates on the car shipment or title status For which I have had to call frequently to move the process along But now, months later, I still do not have the title It has been weeks or more that the owner refuses to take my calls, infrequently responds with text messages and then Wednesday, out of the blue, sent me a text message that the car was en route on a car transporter

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [The van was a flood damaged van that the seller likes to compare to the retail value of a non-flooded vanThe exact same van had sold a week prior for a few hundred more (but the buyer didn't pay)I have tried repeatedly to resolve this matter--missing items, missed maintenance (during unauthorized use), no title and 1,unauthorized miles during a day period where the van was supposedly waiting for transportI started using the local area rental for a van of this type for the period they used it but the seller refusedSo I tried to ask for the government presented value for the milage but he refusedThis matter could be resolved so quickly if the dealer actually cared about customer serviceHis only offer was insulting and needs to marked as not responding appropriately.] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]1,of unauthorized miles after the bill of sale isn't a minor issueNor is purposely delaying delivering the van so they could use it while lying about reasonThis dealer has an established history of doing this if you look at past feedbacks on their eBay account and past Revdex.com claimsThey also have not provided the title after over weeks now and have lied about it being "in the mail" to us like they have other past clientsThey have no problem making up stories to attempt to cover themselves but aren't the best at itNotice above that they claimed the "internet" person made a mistake on the listing for the milageIf that is the case, how to the Bill of Sale completed by [redacted] himself AFTER the auction reflect even less miles than that "mistake" the internet person did? I also have emails that prove he has never claimed that there was any mistake and he only feels that 1,miles, 30+ days of use and no title as promised is worth $That is nearly 10% more miles than were on the bill of salePlease feel free to ask me for whatever information you needAll I really want is justice served against these shady dealersThey have found what they can get away with and work the system to do just thatI refuse to be a victim and will fight this if it takes years as it isn't about the money--it is about being taken advantage of Regards, [redacted]

I bought a Chevy Silverado truck from *** back in May When buying the truck *** told me that all the interior functions were working fine and that he will help me get the truck shipped to me fairly quickly and at a very reasonable rate
After he received the payment, he stopped picking up my calls and would rarely reply back to me saying he is out on vacationsLong story short, I finally realized that he is not going to ship the truckI arranged my own driverWhen he went there *** refused to load the truck and told him that it was not readyWe were never told that there was any problems with the truckI had to pay the driver $for nothing
He told the driver that the truck is going to be ready in days, I kept calling him and he kept ignoring my calls and messagesAfter a gruesome weeks, I finally got a hold of him and he confirmed that the truck was readyThe driver even called him before going there again and guess what, the same story all over againThis

I purchased a mini-van via eBay Motors from 7114southsidedr aka Auburndale Auto & Marine Parts aka Hotwrecks.comThey seemed friendly and upfront which is why I trusted them with such a large purchaseI wired the money as requested and was told the minivan would be added to their carrier system to be picked up soon
Days turned into weeks which turned into days AFTER payment was received and only after many emails did the minivan finally arrive At this point I was frustrated but figured it was merely a shipping delayThen I noticed that it was driven 1,additional miles AFTER the bill of sale was issuedNow I certainly expected a few more miles from the loading and unloading but that wouldn't even add miles
It was clear that the "delay" in getting the van shipped was so they could use my van AFTER my payment without authorizationEven worse, two warring lights were on...the engine computer says it needs an oil change....it is over 1,miles past when it S
