last name, and phone number. If we are unable to locate the customer’s account using these identifiers, our secondary verifier is the customer’s user login information. In this case, the customer did not want to provide his phone number and did not have his user login information, so we were unable to access or perform any requested changes to the account. Additionally, customers are directed to the respective customer service numbers relative to their call concerns. The customer was contacted by the Tech Support Manager via email and phone, and the matter was resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, per his voicemail confirmation on 4/21/17. I am rejecting this response because:  That is not at all what happened.  They were able to verify my user login or account name.   I provided the account number listed on my bill as well as my login information during each telephone call.  I also provided my mailing address, our tax ID information, my first and last name but because I refused to provide my phone number....a bit of data that they could likely sell to a marketing company, they refused to help.   I think this distortion of the facts is distressing as I recently received a telephone call from the sales person assigned to my account as well as the technical support manager and considered this matter closed.     I now have the contact information I was looking for and am satisfied with the resolution, but am upset at their lack of accountability for what actually happened.   It was stated by their tech support manager that they do not have the ability to transfer telephone calls from their call center which I thought was a bold faced lie as most intra-connected telephony systems consider this a standard feature which is why telephone extension numbers exist.   However he insisted that was the case.    As I said before, I am in possession of a direct contact telephone number for management in the event I have problems in the future, but I am so unhappy with the way Audatex is trying to cover the fact that it took a Revdex.com complaint to get a manager at their company to call me about an issue I was having with technical support.
