This dealership has the worst customer service there is! The managers are incredibly rude and condescendingI only gave one star because I can't give zero starsNo one ever picks up the phone and return voicemailsProblems are never addressed or fixedMy mom's car has been problematic since last year and it keeps on being returned to her with the same unfixed problems and sometime with additional problemsMy mom doesn't speak English well and every time she goes in the Manager is incredibly rudeShe was frustrated to the point of tearsI was on the phone with the manager at the time and he was blaming me for not having gone to the dealership with my mom even after I explained I'm in London for school [redacted] No customer service should operate this wayNo one should be spoken to or treated this way This is not a one time occurrenceWhen I called on my mom's behalf a couple month ago, I spoke to Robert YHe was no differentIncredibly rude and sneered at me and responded to my concerns with "Are you [redacted] kidding me."

No one ever picks up the phone and return voicemails. Problems are never addressed or fixed. My mom's car has been problematic since last year and it keeps on being returned to her with the same unfixed problems and sometime with additional problems. My mom doesn't speak English well and every time she goes in the Manager is incredibly rude. She was frustrated to the point of tears.
