[redacted] sold me a tv he said was brand new Once sealed box was opened at home, the tv was marked as refurbished, and had clearly been used before I walked into this store looking for a used or new tv [redacted] said all tvs in the store were new He sold me a 48" Hitachi tv for $as new, in a sealed box I paid with a credit card, which I'm currently disputing Opened tv at home, it was marked refurbished, and had scratches on it, on the stand, was missing a mounting screw, missing the remote batteries, and the owner's manual was dirty and dog eared Called the store twice inquiring about the sale, was put on hold forever then hung up on 2nd call- was hung up on
