To Whom it may concern,Aus-Tex Appliance did a major price update on our site last week, which always seems to generates some items that are wrongly priced We are sorry for the inconvenienceWe tried several times to explain to the customer that our actual dealer cost was $less than our
advertized price, and we had to ship it to him in additionI walked the customer through the numbers and explained that we would stand to lose nearly $if we sold the unit at the wrong priceWe do not "bait & switch" our customers as he claimsIt was a computer errorWe upload several thousand prices simultaneously and there always seem to be a few errors We have been in business for years now, and we value our customers tremendously Given that we have more than 25,items for sale online, mistakes tend to happen periodically This is precisely why we, and every other major internet retailer, chooses to provide clear explanation in our terms and conditions that we cannot be held liable for such occurrences.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Sincerily,*** ***Aus-Tex Appliance

Mr. [redacted] decided to stop-payment on his credit card for his purchase before delivery. We cannot deliver merchandise without being paid. I gave him an option to reverse the funds back into my account, but he refused. I was forced to turn the shipment around, and send it back to my...
warehouse. In addition, Mr. [redacted] and his wife were extremely rude to me. It became a toxic situation that I decided to distance myself and my business from completely. I legally had the right to dispute the shipping funds, but we chose to simply provide them a full refund, and close the matter. He threatens to produce emails, but I can assure you that all email coorespondence will clearly show that I acted in a calm and professional manner throughout the whole ordeal.
