I am rejecting this response because: I am the general contractor who has full consent of the home owner. I have been on this project since November 2017 and still on this project until completed. I am in full control of all sub contractors hired and all aspects of this project. The homeowner hired me to manage all aspects of the project including the hiring of all contractors. I am acting on behalf of the homeowner when it comes to the quality of the work provided by the sub contractors. Austonian Appliances did not provide a quality service in regards to the installation of the vent hood.It is my responsibility to my client and to others who may choose to use Austonian Appliances to state my grievances so that others can make an informed decision. Yelp, Home Advisor and other sites show the complete dissatisfaction from others with [redacted]. The homeowner has left this matter for me to resolve since I hired and paid Austonian Appliances. This co cannot be trusted. He misdiagnosed my problem and after 555.00 my problem was not solved and I could not get him back. I was a simple problem with my hose on the washer, the next co that came out charged me nothing at all.
Unfortunately Sears assigned Austonian Appliance to repair my washer which is less than one year old and still under warranty. We found [redacted] to be unaccomodating and abrasive. Example ,when I asked his last name he told me that I did not need to know his last name. We have requested That [redacted] find a different company for our service.
