Auto Art Body Shop - Smyrna

It was two weeks before they could take my carI dropped it off June No follow up whatsover and I had to call them twice to see what was going on with my car and tried to find out when it would be readyI expressed my irritation about no follow up and was told by Scott, who was very irritated with me, that it may be ready by FridayI had just complained to my insurance company and they left a message for me saying that they were told that it would be ready on Wednesday! I received a call this morning saying that it won't be ready until MondayWhen I dropped my car off, the parking lot was so full that people were parking anywhere they could and only customers and myself in the office! I filed a complaint with my insurance company and will never use them again

I have used Auto Art Smyrna three times now, and I highly recommend them I have always received excellent work, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative They have always done everything they promised, all they were supposed to do, and more

Disgusted I dropped my car off on May 5th and was told that it would be daysBy the 6th day I had recieved NO UPDATES on my vehicleI didn't even know if they HAD the carI contacted my SF claim rep and she contacted them with the concernI heard back from her pretty quicklyThem? Not so muchThey call much, much later(on the prompting of my claim rep)I was then told that the car would need additional days5!!!! Load of crap days later I STILL RECIEVED NO UPDATESI AGAIN had to call my SF rep to get an updateThey called the company AGAIN, and I heard back from my repAnd then they called (again, much later) I was given different informationThey told the rep one thing and told me anotherOn the day that it was supposed to be completedI still recieved no callI called them, and was given that they HOPED it would be finished that day Picked up the car, and it looked horribleTook it back a 2nd time, and STILL NOT right and now they wont fix it

I could not be more pleased with the repair and customer service I received from auto art in SmyrnaScotty and Brittany kept me updated on the status of the repairs and when completed my crunched car looked like a brand new ride againThanks y'all

I expressed my irritation about no follow up and was told by Scott, who was very irritated with me, that it may be ready by Friday. I had just complained to my insurance company and they left a message for me saying that they were told that it would be ready on Wednesday! I received a call this morning saying that it won't be ready until Monday. When I dropped my car off, the parking lot was so full that people were parking anywhere they could and only 3 customers and myself in the office! I filed a complaint with my insurance company and will never use them again.

And then they called (again, much later) I was given different information. They told the rep one thing and told me another. On the day that it was supposed to be completed. I still recieved no call. I called them, and was given that they HOPED it would be finished that day.

Picked up the car, and it looked horrible. Took it back a 2nd time, and STILL NOT right and now they wont fix it.
