The issue that person is having is not a warranty issue He has not been able to show that there is a defect in materials or workmanship with this product What he has been able show is that he ordered and installed the product without measuring the length he need to complete the
installation After he installed the product water leaked around the product, because he ordered the wrong sizeAs the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible when a customer orders the wrong size, then installs it even after realizing it is too shortPlease see the attached picture he sent us You can clearly see the Tsunami Seal is too short for his garage door opening, by about 4", yet he still installed itThere is no defect with this product
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Review: Purchased a "Park Smart" door guard from this company. The product uses two suction cups to hold the guard to the door. After using the product for approximately one year, the suction cup caused damage to my cars paint. The only way to repair the damage is to paint the car's door. Auto Care Products sent their insurance company to inspect and advise and they did. Nationwide Insurance determined the suction cups did in fact damage the paint but since the suction cups were made by another company, it wasn't their problem!I purchased a "Park Smart" door guard that came with two suction cups attached as one complete product. Auto-Care Products has told me to chase their suction cup supplier. This is passing the buck in it's purest form!Desired Settlement: The company should be responsible for restoring my car to it's condition. It's $800.00 to repaint a Porsche door.

Response:
The statement made by Mr. [redacted] that the insurance company found that the suction cup had caused damage to his vehicle is false.
Please see the attached letter sent to Mr. [redacted], by our insurance company, where it states "We had a material damage adjuster
complete an appraisal and he was unable to determine what could have caused the paint damage."
