Customer Service experience was horrific!!! LAUREEN [redacted] is the worst adjuster that I have ever worked with! She is rude, nasty, and will not listen to the customer. She will not take ownership of her mistakes nor will she offer any form of apology. I just pray that I never have to deal with her again. She should find a new profession.
