I purchased an engine from Auto Dynamic Engine of Casper WyThe engine lasted less than milesA D E then blamed everyone and everything on the engine failure except there poor workmanshipFinally I had my pickup looked at by a ford service tech and he found that the engine was faulty as the cam bearings were installed improperlyAt that point they didn't want stand behind there productReferring to there so called warranty that was no help at allThe warranty they hang there products on is a farce if you read it you will quickly find that it is for the purpose of advertising and covering themselves from liability associated with there productsI was without my pickup a total of days as this all went onAnd I finally had a new ford engine installed " it runs great" then I was forced to deal with [redacted] ***Oops I mean ***He did not seem to be at all concerned about my situation, The extra money this has cost me, the time it has cost me or my satisfaction as a customerHe was only concerned with me not holding him liable and him not having to compensate me for all this ***Finally I got back the wholesale price of the engine and my old coreI paid the retailer markup,the sales tax,labor on both of the engine swaps, and the labor for ford to diagnose the problem in his engineI think the wording of the warranty title is misleading and that all potential buyers should be given a copy of this so called warranty and agnolage that they have read it before they buy anything from Auto Dynamic Engine or [redacted] ***If you are in need of an engine in my opinion get it somewhere else

We are so sorry the customer is having problems with the engine they purchased from Auto Dynamic EngineThe year warranty that comes with the engine, covers oil leaks for the first monthsThe oil leak happened well outside the month warrantyThe timing belt was covered under the year
warranty and broke after the warranty ran outAs an offer of good will, Auto Dynamics would be willing to replace the bent valves and broken timing belt, at our expense, but pay no laborThe customer would have to make the engine available at our shop, *** *** ** *** **If the customer wants us to do this repair they may contact us at direct at ***Please ask for Terry or Duran
