We had excellent service, and were satisfied, although it has been a few years.

Has anyone had any luck trying to sue this guy to get your money back? Alan took our money too. My attorney is starting a lawsuit. Call me or text me. 225-301-2707

Myself and my business partner purchased a larger amount of products from Auto Equipment Depot back in Jan of this year. We paid in full upfront big mistake on our part! Shortly after receiving our payment Alan and Auto Equipment Depot became impossible to reach either by phone or email. Last contact with Alan was Feb 21st via email. We have contacted everybody there is to contact AG, FBI, FTC, LOCAL TEMPE POLICE, and Revdex.com. We have been told that we need to start a civil suit. I'm posting this in hopes that others that have been taken by this man will reach out to us and we can start a class action suit if possible. I can be reached at 225-301-8384.

Paid in full on January 11 2017 for a new lift for my race shop. Was told it would be 7-10 days and that I could pick it up at a local freight terminal. Allan is a con artist! Took my money right away no problem but now I can't seem to get ahold of him or anyone at that company. As of recent it's seems they have changed the extensions and all you ever get is a voicemail to leave a message. I have call at least 50 times over the past 2 months and not gotten one reply. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit and I have also filed with the Arizona Attorney General and Revdex.com. Hoping to to get all the people together who have been screwed over by this company to file a class action lawsuit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! placed an order on Dec 20th! and it was a lift and accessories.. they said it was going to be shipped and I would receive an email... nothing after two weeks.. called and got people.. pushed around and lied to.. it will be shipped they said a million times.. talked with the so called owner Alan.. he ensured us it would be shipped.. nothing.. we called daily many times! got no one! or was put on hold and sent straight to voicemail.. they said if you emailed them they would get it quicker.. we did.. and received NOTHING BACK! not a company to deal with do NOT WAIST YOUR TIME>. we are still dealing with issues of getting our money back! due to him saying that he could not forfill the order.. lies and lies..WE have contacted the Revdex.com PLEASE ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! this has been a headache and were still 2 months out!

Quick delivery, the price was better then other option, they had really good finance option available. The sales person was knowledgeable and effective, they were over all very professional, and I was satisfied. Delivered complete, with 2 hoists, tire changer, balancer, and some misc stuff in 8 days total. I would recommend them, if you want to deal with intelligent, ptofesional, fair, fast service.

Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

This company is a complete joke. Do not order from them. It took 9 weeks to get my order after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I would call every week and get the same old answer that it will be shipping by the end of the week. I called Bend Pak and they said everything I ordered was readily available and ready to ship. This company is obviously stealing from Peter to pay Paul. I was promised a $500 credit for all my trouble. I wanted to use the credit for an additional option but keep getting the usual run around. This company also filled out a review on their website claiming to be me and explaining how happy I was and that I would be referring customs. This is the farthest thing from the truth. Stay away from this company, they are liars and running a fraudulent business with false promises.

I bought a 2 post lift and a few other shop tools from them on Sept 19 and was told it take a week or two for the lift to come in on truck freight and the rest was coming regular ground shipping. I called on Oct 3 for a tracking number since nothing showed up yet and I didnt have a delivery date. I was told it was all coming on one truck now on the 14th. On the 14th no delivery so I call again and am told its shipping the 17th now. On the 17th I call for tracking information and they say they dont have it but its shipping. I tell them to cancel the order, I had enough. They tell me I have to talk to "Allan" and transfer me to his voicemail. I leave him a message and never get a call. I call again and email Allan on the 18, 19, and 20th trying to cancel the order and finally get him on the phone and he acts like he didnt know anything about it. He personally guarantees me my lift will ship out Monday or Tuesday and everything else will be by Oct 28 OR he will give 50% of my money back if it doesnt make it by then. I called Thursday and Friday and left messages AGAIN with no return call or any equipment. Allan is definitely your typical con artist who just drags you along so you dont cancel your order. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and am taking them to small claims court.

Excellent company to purchase equipment from. Great Prices, better than competition. Fast Delviery, got my lift, and tire changer delivered in 4 days. Good finance options also. And the sales staff is easy to get a hold of any knowledgable.
