Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/06/01) */ We do appreciate on giving us a chance to explain this situationYes we did sell her a Mazda Mazda on 02/27/Like everyone we ask our customers to take it for a test drive only so the customers can see how it runs so they can be certain that they are comfortable in purchasing the vehicle as isIn which she didWe also make sure at the time of purchase that this is what they want and if there is anything about the vehicle to bring it to our attention right there in then before they sign any contract and paper workWe gave her several papers to sign and agree on and explained to her each one as she signedWe offered her a warranty that she can purchase for that vehicle which she declinedShe did sign a as is no warranty letter stating thatSo months later she comes in an is complaining about her vehicle not running right and that it might be her transmissionIn which we did not shut her out or tell her no we can not help herWe said due to the fact its been months later since you purchase this vehicle you really cant say that this vehicle has been this way in the beginning cause when she had test driven it you where very much satisfied with no complaintsWe are always willing to help all of our customers if they have problems with there vehicle when in a month time of purchaseIts hard to say the vehicle was like that when one comes in months later of the date of purchaseWe did offer her a good mechanic shop that is reasonable with there pricesAlso sometimes when we purchase a vehicle from a auction they do not have the title from who they purchased it fromSo we have to wait on them to receive itIn which is out of our control, but the minute it does arrive we do get it sent to DMV so they can register the vehicleIn which we did on May 18, Our Finance Manager did hand delivered it to her the next day only because it took more then usual for this registrationWe are sadden that she had to go this route, but we just cant fix something that a customer has had for months and then wants us to be responsible for itLike we said we are willing to send her to a very good mechanic that can give her a reasonable rate so that she is able to fix her vehicle Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2016/06/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They never gave me a name of a mechanic to go to at all and would never respond to my messagesThey never did one thing to help me and the mechanic that diagnosed my car said they put a band-aid on the transmission by changing the fluid and putting an addative and cleared the warning light that they knew would stay off for some milesRegardless if it was monthes later they didn't do not one thing to help me period! Now I have to pay a car payment for a car that isn't running and pay more than what the car is worth just to get in running but that is obviously what they consider fair and good business! Lesson learned believe me and they don't Care about my situation at all so thanks alot I hope you feel great!
