Review: on 10/6/14 I purchase a program called Auto Mobile Code. once the charged went thru it told me to call a this number 888-872-2096 which was on 10/7/14 and the number was not in service, I did double check the number. so then I emailed them to get the correct number on that same day, then on the 10/8/14 they told me that they where having higher than normal phone volume which was causing an error.

I keep on emailing them to cancel the membership and they keep on giving me the run around. they also did 2 charges on my account which they where only authorized to do 1 charge. the charges are as follow.

1 in amount of $49 done on 10/6/14 and the other in the amount of $54.57 done on 10/9/14. I have asked them to cancel and refund these but tell this day they have not.Desired Settlement: I want this canceled and my money refund to me

Review: As I was trying to sign up for the Automobile Code I couldn't hear the person so I asked the person to speak up and he gave a heavy sigh and almost yelled at me. Then I was explaining that I would be a good candidate to work for them and the guy burped into my ear. I'm so disgusted and I hope that I can get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back especially when the guy was rude about my hearing disability.
