Using high tech satellite imagery, Kovar Contracting was able to provide the most accurate estimate out of 5 different roofing companies. They were also the cheapest. They were extremely professional. The job itself took a week and was perfect. The product, superior. The crew's attention to detail was impressive. The cleanup was surprisingly detailed. They 'magnetic sweep' everywhere for screws, clean the eaves troughs, and finish with leaf blowers. I got home from a long trip and just put new tires on my car the week before so I decided to go ask to borrow a magnetic broom. The crew was on their lunch break and when I asked, Team Lead Jamie put down his sandwich and drink, sprung to his feet and enthusiastically said "I'll come over and do it now". I told him to stay on his break and that I could take care of it but he insisted. Very impressed with Kovar Contracting Inc.
