Review: On 1/11/15 around 1::30 PM, I went to their automated "touch free" car wash, entered $10 in cash, and entered the wash. There was only a trickle of water, no soap and a "spritz" of car wax foam on one window. The power wash did not activate and there was no water pressure. I went through to the next step where my car was power dried. (I noticed that the car wash in the bay next to me was doing the same thing while I was sitting there.)

I drove around to the front entrance to find a phone # to call since I paid for a deluxe car wash and received nothing but a light rinse. There is no name of the business on the building and no contact information in case of problems. I searched for the business on my cell phone and called the phone number online only to get a FAX machine.

There are other complaints/reviews posted online about this same business.

The business previously waited 9 months to process the car wash charge to my ATM bank card: transaction was in Feb. 2014, charged my account in Nov. 2014! I called the bank to contest the charge only to be told that the charge was legitimate but was not previously processed.

I will never use that car wash again, but I want a refund for the $10 in cash paid on 1/11/15 since I did not receive the service that I paid for. I have a receipt for my payment.

I can't resolve the issue with the business because there's no way to reach them!Desired Settlement: see Attached document
