Very Bad Experience with this company!!!!!!! I purchased a Nissan Altima with thousand miles on it from a small dealership because of my credit on 11/7/I was told the financing company was Auto Trakk I was told by the salesman that the financing company owed their own Warranty company and my car was covered from the day I signed the papersMy payments would be $weeklyI drove off the lot with my carTwo days later the car started smoking and smelling like burnt oilI called the dealership back and was told to put oil in the carI did that, before the week was out, the oil light came onI called dealership againI was told to take it to their mechanicI did, was told it was a seal that was bad and he replaced it and I drove offA week later I called dealership back due to car smoking really badI was told to take it to a Nissan Dealership to have them check it outTook it to a local Nissan Dealership and to my surprise the engine need to be replacedI then called the dealership I purchased the car from to let them know what the issue wasI was told to call the warranty company and they would take care of itNow, take in mind, this is just the 3rd week of me having this carThe Warranty company named Janus say's that I can not submit a claim for daysI call the dealership back and tell them what Janus had saidWell, to make a long story short, every time I call Auto Trakk , Dealership and Janus every body tells me that the other is responsible for the repairI have been without the car for weeks and today Auto Trakk calls me for a paymentI asked, did they have notes on my account about my situationI was told yes, but they still have to ask the same question and note itI have spoken with different people concerning my car and no one can give me a true answer other than some one else is responsibleI refuse to make another payment on something I am not driving and do not have a estimated time of when this problem will be resolved

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is exactly what I am saying, this company makes things upSo the last time that anyone in Autotrakk spoke to me was in September of That doesn't make sense, and I had the car until April of There were times after September of that I spoke with someone inside of Autotrakk to get the balance to get the car startedAnd also to check the balance again to see how much was due on the car, so I know that is not true and as soon as my phone provider provides me with the phone records to prove that I have spoken to you after September 2011, I will be sending that over as wellI think at this time, I will seek counsel, since this company seems to come up with a bunch of lies and mess and continues to get over on peopleMeaning that they sell cars at a higher price than what they are for and expect people to pay that ridiculous priceAutotrakk, has told me nothing but lies since the beginning of this transaction, and they continue to report information to the credit agencies, when I know what they report is not true, perfect example, they just stated they had not spoken to me since September of 2011, but reports that I made a payment on a car that has not been in my presence since in Regards, [redacted] ***
