on. As normal procedure, we scanned it for codes. This code indicated that there was a problem with the throttle position sensor. We checked the sensor with a scope and it gave an erratic reading. This indicates that the sensor was bad. We then called the customer to let him know what we found and the cost for the repair, He agreed to the repair. We replaced the sensor, cleared the codes and took it on two long road tests. We rescanned the car's computer and the code did not come back. The customer picked up his car and paid for the repairs. Then, one week later the customer called back and said that the car had stopped again. We offered to look at it but we could not guarantee that additional costs would be incurred. Unfortunately, the customer never brought the car back to us for another look. He called back again and said a different code for another system was showing up. This code new code never showed up when we looked at it. So, we do not believe that we didn't fix the car but that something else was now not working or failed. We have been in business since 1989 and this is the first time we have had a complaint made to the Revdex.com about our shop. We stand behind our work and our Commitment to our customers. If you have any questions or need additional information regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us.Sincerely,William *.
