I placed an order for catalytic converters on 11/28/wrong part arrived a WEEK later.Agreed to let them repair their mistake re ordered parts which they agreed would arrive 12/9/parts did NOT arrive with no notification so I Called was told then it would be 12/22/all this time my car is at repair shop accumulating storage fees I never file complaints but I sincerely feel this company should be monitored VERY closely and should not be in business AT ALL my money with them was a waste of time and took days to get back on two occasions meaning because I'm not rich I could not take my business elsewhere I strongly advise on ordering local as long as it's not them I filed complaints with them through email and have yet to receive a call or email

I have researched this order and it appears the customer went online and ordered the seat covers online without our assistanceWe did not place the order on the customer's behalfWhen you go on our website and select the seat covers there are several options to choose from due to the options that Ford released for this year's FIf you go to the site and try to recreate this order we do ask about the seatbeltThe customer selected the seat cover without the seatbelt integration which is why we sent the covers we didWe understand that selecting seat covers can be confusing, which is why we have Sales agents to call days a week to assist customers with selecting the correct optionsIf the customer would have called us within the day timeframe for our return policy we could have issued a replacement or a refund but because it has been months we cannot replace or refund the order at this timeWe truly apologize for the inconvenience we have caused

The items in question were paid for via ***. I opened a dispute with *** and they found in my favor and had me return the items to AutoAnything. They will then refund my money unless AutoAnything objects and *** reverses their decision. So if Autoanything plans on challenging the refund then yes we need to go to Arbitration. If they do not challenge, then *** will refund my money and we will not need arbitration. So unless Autoanything notifies myslef and Revdex.com that they will not be challenign that refund - I choose to proceed at this time with arbitration since that ddecision is time sensitive

I purchased an INNO ski rack for my Equinox, not realizing my factory rack would not be able to accommodate itSo I asked a customer representative at autoanything.com to see what I needed to get my ski rack installedThey had me purchase a $roof rackBecause it was the end of the ski season, I kept the ski rack in the box until this seasonFinally getting enough snow I decided to install the ski rack yesterdayCome to find out, it does NOT fit the rack they had me purchaseI contacted autoanything.com and they refused to exchange the brand new, in the box, ski rack for one that would actually fit the $rackI do realize it is outside (well outside) of the day policy, which is why I am not requesting a refund, just simply wanting to exchange it for one that will fit as I was assured by their customer rep that it wouldNot taking responsibility for inaccurate information and having a customer purchase more items for nothing is not ok by meI will take my business elsewhere as there are many auto parts/accessory dealers out there

I ordered a DiabloSport inTune I-programmer for my F-Lariat, based on the fact that the AutoAnything website said it was compatible
I decided to do some more research, and determined that the product was in fact *not* compatible based on information on every other website I could find including the manufacturer's site (including multiple forum discussions about it), and the AutoAnything site was the only site that said it was
I attempted to cancel the order so I could replace it with a Hypertech programmer but it was right at the time it was being shipped and it was too late
They said they would give me a credit as soon as the return package was in transit They did do that, but they charged $for a restocking fee, even though the email I got said that they would credit the amount of the product minus shipping fees (which was none)
I asked about that and they said a restocking fee of 15% applies (which would have been $actually)
They also did not thank me or mention anything about the fact that I pointed out that the DiabloSport does not work on my vehicle and that they should remove it from their site so that other customers do not order something incompatible
So, I'm out $plus a mile round-trip to drop off the return plus a week and a half of waiting
I would not order anything from this company again I can't stand companies like this Read all the other 1-star reviews then pick someone else to order from They can't be relied upon to get things right

I do not accept the proposed offer. Nowhere during the ordering process, which was done over the phone, was it communicated to me of the returns policy mentioned by Auto Anything in its response to my complaint. The sales Adviser from Auto Anything never communicated to me that I would be responsible for any charges related to faulty or defective products, nor was it communicated to me that I needed to look on the website to see said warnings or cautions. It is unacceptable to enforce a policy that was never brought to my attention. Because this information was not communicated to me, I cannot be expected to understand their policies. Had I known of these policies, I would not have ordered the parts. As a seller of parts, Auto Anything has some obligation as to the outcome of the transaction. I signed no declaration of understanding to the aforementioned policies, as I was never made aware of them by their staff. If recordings of the phone conversation are available, the recordings will clearly show these facts. At a minimum, I believe Auto Anything, for not communicating its return policies over the phone when ordering these parts, should refund the shipping for the replacement parts and the cost of the new spindle nuts required to install the defective parts I ordered through their company

This is a scam/fraudulent businessThey claim to have product in stock, but then defer shipping up to month aheadIn this is absolutely unheard of
Further, even though I have an email from them saying the order will ship on 6/18, looking at the product on their website it is saying it will ship 6/You can see that this is just a scam website who hopes people will not go after a refund
Additionally their customer service is not reachable
