We have contacted the companies that handle our promotional emails to remove [redacted] from all future mailers. We have also removed Mr. [redacted]'s email from our local system. Please feel free to contact me should there being any questions.

This matter has been resolved
The GM***, is working with the customer to resolve the matter
The General Manager of the dealership is working with Ms [redacted] to resolve this matter

When I brought it into the dealership for service it was not scratched. After I got it back it was all scratched up.
