Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: By contacting Revdex.com, I acted in good faith and provided this business an opportunity to resolve this matter without necessitating legal actionThe mere fact that I have retained legal counsel to assist me should they refuse to cooperate with my attempts at resolution does not preclude them from making a good faith effort to resolve this matter before legal documents are filedAt my request, they have not yet been contacted by my attorney's office, nor have legal documents been filed because, once again, I attempted to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue prior to that becoming necessaryThey have been offered an opportunity to resolve this matter with a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their business over the past three yearsTheir refusal to attempt to resolve this matter without the necessity of legal action is a result of their own decision and has nothing to do with the fact that I've hired counsel, as no steps have been taken that legally or ethically preclude them from cooperating with this Revdex.com complaintThis is merely an excuse to continue their refusal to cooperate on an issue that really is a no brainerThey damaged the carThey then misdiagnosed the problem, charged me more money to repair the damage they caused, assured me the repairs were effective, and then refused to take responsibility when my car broke down one mile from their repair shop.
I caution anyone from doing business hereThey refuse to acknowledge their costly "mistakes" and refuse to extend a good faith effort to resolve the matter with a customer who has spent a great deal of money at their business over the past three years.
