Unfortunately we did have an accident with this vehicleWe replaced the damaged part with a genuine GM part and took care of the damagesIt took a few days to get the replacement part in and we also performed some additional repairs to the front bumper cover, at no expense to the customer, which also delayed the processThere is no excuse for the lack of communication from [redacted] and I have already addressed this concernAll repairs? were completed and the vehicle returned to the customer on Wednsday? evening on 8/The customer inspected the vehicle thoroughly with [redacted] and was satisfied with the repairs.?

The brake light switch was misadjusted causing slight brake applicationWe replaced the front brake pads & rotorsWe also replaced the turn signal switch (due to old fragile part) and aligned the steering wheel properlyTest drove the vehicle to confirm proper repairsThanks

We apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused.  Check engine lights can come on for numerous reasons, especially for high mileage vehicles. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we can refund the 1st diagnosis only fee of $118.88 or offer a future service credit for the same...
