I was personally unaware of the problems that Mr [redacted] was having with his doorI sent a man to Mr [redacted] ’s home to evaluate the problem and we have agreed to replace the two damaged sections on his door I have taken action to determine whom he may have spoken to and hung up on him and will take the necessary actionI do apologize to Mr [redacted] and hope that we never have a customer treated like this again [redacted] Lifetime Door Company
