Mr [redacted] moved in on 06/01/and Avalon has not received one written complaint from him regarding the heat/ac or any other issues.? We are on a chiller system and the heat is turned on in approximately October and the air conditioner is turned on in March.? The air conditioner was turned on March 15th at 10:a.m this year and it has been consistently available to the residents since that date and timeMr [redacted] has been late with his rent every month he has been here and has refused to pay late fees because he says he just wants us to take it out of his security deposit when he moves out.? I have personally explained that he owes these fees and we can not wait until he moves out to collect the fees he owes us.? Mr [redacted] signed a promise to pay for his late fees in February; agreeing that he owed them.? When it? came time to pay, MrVic***? did not pay.? Avalon did file for eviction in November, 2016.? We filed because on the 21st of November he had still not paid rent.? MrV [redacted] signed a pet addendum stating he did not have a pet when he moved in.? As per our lease rent is due on the 1st and well within our rights to file on anyone who is late on their rent? If MrV [redacted] has a pet, he will have to come to the office and pay the pet deposit, pet fee and pet rent for said pet.? I don't believe we should give MrV [redacted] a concession or let him terminate his lease early as Avalon has held up their obligations under the lease and will continue to do so.? We do ask that MrV [redacted] uphold his obligations and pay the balance he owes and also pay the deposits, fees and rent for the unauthorized pet he has.? Thank you,? Avalon Management

I did talk to *** Realty last week the office manager told me that when MrM*** acquired the said property, that *** turned over said Escrow accounts with the deposits for the apartment complex, they also told me Federal Law states you must return the renters deposit within daysMrM*** being from & lives in *** may not know this law *** Realty on *** *** *** *** *** said they turned deposits from Escrow account over to MrM*** I need to resolve this situation or further my actions with legal action

To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in regards to the customer complaint towards our firm. According to the letter received yesterday, it stated that the concern was submitted on 1/19/2017; and the assigned ID is [redacted].In the complaint letter, the customer is requesting their $395.00 rent...

deposit back; however, they rented from another company before we took ownership from them. The customer should be requesting their refund deposit from the company they rented from and the deposit amount that they have placed as a deposit.
