When *** *** and I lived at the apartment we had links from the bathroom that gushed down and water spilled everywhere including the carpet between the bathroom carpet and bedroomI immediately called management and maintenance peopleMaintenance guy took there time and never cleaned the carpet or made any repairs to the bathroomThere were a couple of spots in the living room carpet, but nothing largefor those reason they should be charging me for the entire apartmentThere were also a couple of dirty spots on the wall also in the living room walls, but the company is charging me for the whole are for being painted, which is unfair and unjustifiedThey also owe me $for late fee on April's rent in 2015, which they have failed to returned my money even after the Revdex.com contact they and they found my April payment, but never waived or returned late feeI also have pictures of how I left the apartment , which was cleanedThey claimed that we left garbage that they had to through away, which is untrueI called Sheila and inform her that I was moving and to do a walk through with us and she said "this was not necessary and to drop off keys at the office"I have proof of how I left the apartmentMy boyfriend and I after removing all of our belongings, we cleaned the kitchen stove, cabinets, refrigerator floors, Bathroom toilet, sink, floor were also wiped downWe vacuumed the carpets throughout and washed the wallsWe took out the garbageThere was nothing left to do except the damages in the bathtub tiles, bathroom ceiling, and the carpet damage from all the water and debris that went into the bathroom area near bedroomWe are responsible people that worked most of the day and came home in the evenings to restWe have no children or gathering of people in the apartment complex. Ms. [redacted] In reference to the above complaint I...
have enclosed move out photo conditions (due to the nature of the printed copies we can provide via email clearer copies if requested) and sections of the lease that cover all of the charges referenced in our letter to Ms. [redacted] dated January 22, 2016 (copy attached) After careful review of the move out condition photographs and speaking with the property manager it is our determination that all of the charges are valid. as is.
Therefore, we believe the refund of $85.00 that was sent to Ms. [redacted] should stand.
