***, It is and always has been AWTY's policy to explain the hourly custom map rates and cost of large format printing on high-end paper stock, as I have done for the last five years for well over customers (with only one dispute on record) AWTY's policy is clear as it relates to charging our customers, in that no work is started until our customers agree to our rates and approve all estimates and ensure that credit cards numbers (securely protected per PCI compliance) are on file before work commencesFurthermore, AWTY will not charge any credit card until approvals on charges have been obtained I have been honest and generously transparent (providing support for immediate information you needed via Google Map without charge) throughout the custom map build for Wyoming and Utah and even went so far as to give you .pdf copies of the maps after your many requests to have them emailed to you which we only provide for long standing customers [redacted] Trucking has been a customer of ours since 2012, but this was the first time we had met and worked with you Having received your approval for the $on the 9th, we tried charging ***'s credit card ending in (the card number both you and I obtained in person, over the phone with ***) with an expiration date of 04/ This card was declined twice, after you had already picked up the two physical maps and were in possession of the pdf files Both [redacted] and yourself provided the credit card ending in with an expiration date of 06/while you were in your vehicle I was under the impression that this card was [redacted] Trucking's new card You can now understand my surprise and anger having received your email on the 10th wherein your stated you were going to dispute the charge, as you were expecting all map engineering technical work and high-end paper product prints/costs to total ...$ A total that was never discussed between us Because of our long relationship with [redacted] Trucking, I was at the time willing to give a refund, but realized that you were in possession of the digital copies of the maps and asking you to return all product for this refund (which did not cover my hours of work - of which you were only charged for 8, and late night work on Wednesday - work I was willing to do for ***) was not possible After speaking with [redacted] Friday morning, it was clear that we were at a stale mate as he supports your claim (as dear friends will do for each other) I decided at that time to cancel [redacted] Trucking's subscription and inactivate their account I then contacted my attorney and AWTY's merchant services group to get a better handle on my options of customers who approve work, and then purposely dispute the charges in an effort to receive said work for free Seeing your email below, I now understand why you can't pay the agreed upon price of our services Because our hourly rates, estimates, and final charges had been communicated and approved by you as such, and that you are in possession of the digital copies of our work - I am willing to take this to pre-arbitration When/if your dispute prompts your bank to take our payment from our account, I may never see it again But I hold Truth on my side, and have established a great brand in the Bakken among high-level executives who know AWTY's company values and integrity Against that back drop, $is mere pennies and may actually serve a greater good to ensure that you can't do this to other merchants as well Please do not contact my company further, as we will no longer do business with [redacted] Trucking, or you Elizabeth [redacted] AWTY Logistics | ###-###-#### ***copied and pasted from email

I am rejecting this response because:
I am wanting to check into my complaint of #***, I received a message from you all saying that the the business I posted this complaint about has made statement to you all that they are basically in the rightWell I must say to you that as of this day I have not received my refund that this business owner promised to me and our company owner that she wouldAnd I understand thru other persons that this business has had numerous complaints of wrong doing and shady business practicesAll I want is my money returned to my credit card! As she promised and further more I don't have the maps that are in question, she still has them at her business and says that any communication thru her must be done thru legal channels! I don't believe that this is correctAnd there is no way that this can be considered professional business practices and ethics! So I will ask as an upset consumer to please help me! I will state one more time that this business owner has repeatedly lied to me and my company owner over this issueAnd even went as far as saying she does not think she can keep her doors open! Well after doing this bizarre transaction with her I can see why! Please help me John *** Customer Service Rep Kuhr Trucking ***copied and pasted from email

[redacted],   It is and always has been AWTY's policy to explain the hourly custom map rates and cost of large format printing on high-end paper stock, as I have done for the last five years for well over 5000 customers (with only one dispute on record).  AWTY's policy is clear as it relates to...

charging our customers, in that no work is started until our customers agree to our rates and approve all estimates and ensure that credit cards numbers (securely protected per PCI compliance) are on file before work commences. Furthermore, AWTY will not charge any credit card until approvals on charges have been obtained.   I have been honest and generously transparent (providing support for immediate information you needed via Google Map without charge) throughout the custom map build for Wyoming and Utah and even went so far as to give you .pdf copies of the maps after your many requests to have them emailed to you which we only provide for long standing customers.  [redacted] Trucking has been a customer of ours since 2012, but this was the first time we had met and worked with you.  Having received your approval for the $883.95 on the 9th, we tried charging [redacted]'s credit card ending in 2105 (the card number both you and I obtained in person, over the phone with [redacted]) with an expiration date of 04/2020.  This card was declined twice, after you had already picked up the two physical maps and were in possession of the pdf files.   Both [redacted] and yourself provided the credit card ending in 1065 with an expiration date of 06/2017 while you were in your vehicle.  I was under the impression that this card was [redacted] Trucking's new card.   You can now understand my surprise and anger having received your email on the 10th wherein your stated you were going to dispute the charge, as you were expecting all map engineering technical work and high-end paper product prints/costs to total ...$84.00.  A total that was never discussed between us.   Because of our long relationship with [redacted] Trucking, I was at the time willing to give a refund, but realized that you were in possession of the digital copies of the maps and asking you to return all product for this refund (which did not cover my 12 hours of work - of which you were only charged for 8, and late night work on Wednesday - work I was willing to do for [redacted]) was not possible.   After speaking with [redacted] Friday morning, it was clear that we were at a stale mate as he supports your claim (as dear friends will do for each other).  I decided at that time to cancel [redacted] Trucking's subscription and inactivate their account.  I then contacted my attorney and AWTY's merchant services group to get a better handle on my options of customers who approve work, and then purposely dispute the charges in an effort to receive said work for free.   Seeing your email below, I now understand why you can't pay the agreed upon price of our services.   Because our hourly rates, estimates, and final charges had been communicated and approved by you as such, and that you are in possession of the digital copies of our work - I am willing to take this to pre-arbitration.  When/if your dispute prompts your bank to take our payment from our account, I may never see it again.  But I hold Truth on my side, and have established a great brand in the Bakken among high-level executives who know AWTY's company values and integrity.   Against that back drop, $883.95 is mere pennies and may actually serve a greater good to ensure that you can't do this to other merchants as well.   Please do not contact my company further, as we will no longer do business with [redacted] Trucking, or you.   Elizabeth [redacted] AWTY Logistics | ###-###-####  [redacted]copied and pasted from email.
