It is truly unfortunate that a business such as AZ Valley Windows does NOT replace a full window since none of this information is provided in their TV advertisingThey states they will fulfill costumers needs but they do not replace one windowThey are apparently only want to replace all of your home's windows, that you need it or notI was decline on the basis of requesting one full window replacementThey do not mention the minimum amount of window replacement in their adsApparently they are in only for the moneyVery disappointing for such reputable company

I just found out yesterday that she did not get her gift card As soon as found this out I put one in the mail yesterday; She should have it by this weekend Dan PW***ell us why here

The company did not order windows with Window Opening Control Devices as listed in the Quote They are willing to refund the $that the parts were listed to cost (after months of haggling) However I have lost the ability to open the windows in a locked position to get fresh air in the house when I am not home That is the benefit I wanted from that device That is a benefit I will not have The device is only factory installed

I purchased windows for my new home from AZ Valley Windows in The install took place on 2/25/A few months later I noticed I was having a problem with one of the windows and called the complany regarding the locking mechanism on the window and was told by on of their representatives that it was "user error"I tried again and was still having issuesAnother few weeks went by and realized the insulation was starting to pop out of the sides of the windowI called back and spoke to the owner *** and he said he would be right outMy parents happen to be there so I wouldn't miss work and he apologized that last representative handled this so poorly and he would make it rightHe claimed he would work around MY schedule and would make it rightHe messured the window and said he would call me when it was available for them to come out and install the new windowweeks went by and I called and asked where the window was and what was going on and the telephone operator stated it take 3-weeks for windows to come inI said it has been weeksShe said she would have *** call me backHe stated there was a problem and would call as soon as it came in another weeks went by and I had to call back and he stated when would I be available for the installI stated I would be available either after 5pm or before 6am or on the weekendHe said and I quote " Well we don't work weekends and their guys don't start until 7am and are done by 3pm." I said what happened to working around my schedule and making this right? He said well I could ask one of his men to see if he "wanted" to work weekend or evening to get the job doneNow in the mean time I asked when will someone come out and I asked if they could come out at 5pm on Friday, then the secretary called and said Thursday will workI said sorry Thursday will not work for meHe managed to come out at 4pm on Thrsday (while I canceled a doctors appointment) and they had ordered the wrong size window!!!!!!! He took window back and said he would call when new window comes inI called on 7/18/to find out the location of my windowI spoke to *** and he stated window should be in on Tuesday the 26thWell Tuesday goes by, Wednesday, Thursday and so on so I called 8/1/and spoke to *** and he he stated he was trying to work around my schedule to have window installedI said really? and Did you ever call to find out when I might be available to work around my schedule? He said he didn't need my attitude today and I said you never even attempted to contact me to let me know window was even in or to make arrangements to have installed! I stated how difficult it was to work around my schedule and I said you wouldn't need to work around my schedule if this was installed right the first time! Again I gave him my hours and he asked if I was available on SaturdayI stated I thought you didn't work on SaturdayHe said he would have one of his men out at my house on Saturday and asked when I would be availableI said I am up at 3am so when ever they can get out there and he said he would have someone there before 8amI will not hold my breath and would never recommend this company for any window installation ever! This is still not over and have fingers crossed and toes that they hav the correct size window as I do not want to deal with this company ever again!

AZ Valley Windows advertises that you will receive a $gift card if you have someone come to your house and give you an estimate on sliding glass door replacement I have called twice to let them know I did not receive a gift card My estimate was done on 6/7/ I still need a new sliding glass door but how can anyone trust them if they do not do what they say they will do on a television advertisement

Attached is a email from the customer. On Feb. 15th. he requested the amount of $451.00   to be refunded because the window control devices were not ordered with his windows.   Even though they were not on his contract.  When the salesman gave him a quote  ...

these devices were listed on the quote. But when the contract was written the salesman   did not include these with the window order. We have had many emails back and forth with him  and we stated that we would be willing to give him a refund in the amount of $451.00 which he   stated in his email that this was his final offer. Now he is asking for $750.00 and I do not know where  he came up with this amount.  We have offered to pay him the amount of $451.00 like he asked on Feb. 15th. but   now he wants more than the cost. Help!!!!
