I entered an agreement with B and B Construction to install a front entry door and repair the door's frame in November 2019. After many delays and text messages and broken promises, on March 13, 2020, I asked the company to return my $500 down payment. One of the owners said that I would have my money back on March 20, 2020. I have yet to receive the money back. Through it all the owner's responses have been short and not at all conciliatory. He has yet to offer an apology for the way he handled my transaction.
Refund Return $500 down payment so that I can get another company to do the work.
