I paid about $to B-Dry in November for a partial waterproofing solution for my crawlspace, which included an industrial dehumidifier manufactured by Galaxy B-Dry's customer service was responsive in when I had an issue with that unitthey picked up the defective unit and replaced it Unfortunately, B-Dry's responsive customer service of previous years no longer seems to exist My Galaxy dehumidifier is on the fritz, displaying an error code that pinpoints the problem to the refrigeration system, which is under a five year warranty Air Cleaning Equipment, the company that distributes the Galaxy dehumidifier, wants me to pay for shipping of the unit to their repair facility (as stipulated in ACE's warranty); however, I have email documentation from B-Dry's NC/SC General Manager dated November 2013, promising that B-Dry would provide pickup and delivery related to warranty service at no charge to me Despite more than a month of effort, I have been unable to get B-Dry to honor that promise The B-Dry "boots on the ground" have been kind and courteous to me, including the salesman who sold me the original service, the administrative assistant who answers the corporate phone, and the repairman All of them, however, have their hands tied because upper management must give the OK to follow through with the original promise made back in Nov
