I took my car in to have the rust removed. Was told the work would last at least 18 mts. Rusted part would be cut out and new metal put in, and car would be painted. Within 3 months the rust was back. Car was taken back in by them to be reworked. About 3 days after car was returned to me I noticed bubbling of the paint. When I called to tell him, he said "I don't know what to tell you. We have done all we can do for you."
