On August 21, 2013 I took my 1999 Infiniti QX4 to B L C Automotive Inc. for a computerized diagnostic check for $70.00 per price advertised in the Money Pages after calling to follow up on results from the diagnostic report on the next day or so [redacted] inform me the computerized diagnostic could not be performed due to a coolant leak and that would have to be repaired first, ask the cost he states $230.00, so I inform I would call him back, call back next day to find out the break down of the $230.00 for the coolant repair he said let me get you work order return states $15.99 for part $202.58 labor I immediately decline to repair inform that I would have someone pick up my key. Now next day have Mr. [redacted] attempt to retrieve my key received voice message from receptionist stating a balance on the account for $80.25 for what states performed a computerized diagnostic but [redacted] stated he could not performed as the leak had to be repaired first. Being that I decline the coolant repair for that outrageous price they decided to charge me for something they never did. After Mr. [redacted] could not get the key I went by after my work they where still open but [redacted] had left the receptionist called [redacted] and he return shortly still contending [redacted] did a diagnostic check but had nothing to substantiate a computerized diagnostic check except saying who you had put parts on your vehicle that should have not ben your concern your concern was to outline what you did for me for $75.00, could not show and tell. I summoned police officer around 32 minutes after summoned to tell me this is a civil matter that must be handled on shows like [redacted] wow like I can't file a civil matter I knew he couldn't do anything but wear a bullet proof vest I was under impression maybe I could get a police report written to warrant my civil claim in which is next step that is all.
