Prior to removing old concrete, the areas in question were already cracked and broken. The brick on the house was seated directly on the concrete which was to be removed, making further damage inevitable/unavoidable.  In good faith, B&W Custom Concrete, Inc. informed Mrs. [redacted] on October...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The reason1 we did not get to B&W earlier is that we tried to work through [redacted] which was the contractor and B&W was subcontracted by them.  [redacted] is very slow in responding.  my husband did speak with Mark who did not deign to come to see the concrete and said sent photos and laughed at my husband.

As per our discussion, B&W Custom Concrete, Inc. will remove and replace the sections of the driveway from the house down to the road and reseal the entire driveway. Job will be completed by late summer / early fall. Thank you for your patience. Sincerely, Mark W.

Follow-up: On Monday, December 7, 2015, Larry Broad from B&W Custom Concrete, Inc., went back to [redacted] and repaired broken bricks on porch and driveway side. Ms. [redacted] was home and approved the repair. Sincerely, Lawrence J. Broad Owner

In August of 2012, B&W Custom Concrete installed a stamped concrete patio on the back of my home. In December of 2013 we left for 4 months in [redacted] and returned the first week of May 2013. No one had access to our patio during our absence. Upon returning to WNY, we found small chips on the surface of this patio. I called B&W Custom Concrete and the owner, [redacted], came out a couple of weeks later while it was raining to look at the patio surface. Because it was raining, neither of us could see the chips on the surface. He said he would come out on a dry day and take a look at it. After about a month went by and we did not hear from him, we left a message with his office. When we did not get a return call, we called again. We have now left numerous messages with his office asking him to stop by and look at the patio surface. To date we do not even get a return phone call. There is an obvious problem with the patio surface and we would like it evaluated and repaired.
