I am rejecting this response because:no one ever called and told them not to bother coming to replace the split rail If the payment was already made when *** called down to make it It was the idea that they went ahead and made it on their own According
to ***, her boss *** told her to run the payment without out talking to us When *** called to make the payment, it had already been made by them When I called down, *** was hostile and said that they would return the payment and then she would send someone to pick up her merchandise *** went to make a payment on 3/7/2016, she was told that her payment amount was They said that since I had contacted and complained about how they did there little thing, they refunded the money back to my account from the payment made on 2/29/16, the money refunded still has not shown up on my account, then they intern charged her two weeks at per week, and then the rest was late fees due to the fact that they refunded my account Now, no one ever bothered to call and tell us this, and like I said, the money still has not shown up on my bank statement
