I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] 9, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you, [redacted]

My dispute with MrM [redacted] has been resolved, there are no hard feelings, my deposit was returned in fullThank you for the help in resolving this

I am now unsatisfied with the followup of Matt M [redacted] for consumer complaint # [redacted] He did come to my home on April 3, to look at the spruce in questionUpon inspection, he told me that his company would fertilize the tree and extend the warranty for another yearThe warranty would be extended via emailAs of today, I have seen no evidence of fertilization and have not received the promised email warranty extensionI called Matt on April 24, leaving a voice mail to advise him that I would be rescinding my satisfaction through the Revdex.com if I had not heard from him within the week.I enjoyed working with Matt and his company, however, I am disappointed in his follow up on promises.I do not expect or desire any further actionI regret that I would not be able to enthusiastically refer anyone to Backyard Retreats due to the poor follow through.Thank you,

We are extremely sorry that you felt that you had to go this routeI do believe the very small amount of work that needed done was completedThe was one piece of block that had come unglued and a very small amount of polymeric sand that need added around the wooden steps out of the house was completedWhile the crew was there doing those repairs the homeowner pointed out that there was a footprint under the sealer, we came back the next day and repaired that alsoThe homeowner had given us a really nice review on another website, see attached photo

We will honor our two year warrantyThe weather changed real fast last fall when we told her that we would replace the tree and now it is winterWe will replace the tree as early as March 1st as long as the weather is favorable for plantingHer two year warranty period extends until late spring

I was able to pay the client back and she said that she was going to withdraw the complaintShe said no hard feeling about the whole situation

I am now unsatisfied with the followup of Matt M[redacted] for  consumer complaint #[redacted]. He did come to my home on April 3, 2017 to look at the spruce in question. Upon inspection, he told me that his company would fertilize the tree and extend the warranty for another year. The warranty would be extended via email. As of today, I have seen no evidence of fertilization and have not received the promised email warranty extension. I called Matt on April 24, leaving a voice mail to advise him that I would be rescinding my satisfaction through the Revdex.com if I had not heard from him within the week.I enjoyed working with Matt and his company, however, I am disappointed in his follow up on promises.I do not expect or desire any further action.
