Rent monies were not collected, major appliances were broken or taken by tenants, seven interior doors had holes punched through them, many windows were broken out and all wall treatments missing, new carpet and padding are unusable; area rugs all missing, Kohler toilets broken in many pieces, door hardware and all wall hardware(double drapery rods, towel bars, etc missing; landscaping&mulch ripped out, downspouting twisted, large truckloads left by tenants of metal, tires, old freezer,furniture, etcneeded hauled awayLocks were changed by both tenants and negligently, no keys were provided to Mr*** or Owner
