We did respond and addressed the leaki issues.  We did not know there were any more issues with a leak until we received this.   We will call and take care of this issue. 
 
We did not have an installation of  a fan in the contract just to pull a wire through the channel as it is easier to do that during install and then can hook on to that to later install a fan.  We have explained this.  We can provide a copy if needed.   Customer said it was verbally stated.  This is something we could arrange with electrician after as an add on.  They said they would not pay extra.  We were trying to work it in as a courtesy as we could get to it just get things done and hope to make them happy.  They can at any time arrange installation on their own of a fan.  We will contact them again and try to come to some resolution on this.

We have been in contact the customer prior to this and they were fully aware of the time element situation and reasons behind it.  
This has been resolved.  Door has been installed and the customer has paid in full.

We do see any problem with the door installation.  We have reviewed the pictures sent and can not see a problem with our product. If Mr [redacted] is still not satisfied with it maybe a little custom millwork at the top would solve his problem.  Thanks again!

I have been in contact with Allied, who has offered reimbursement for the expense incurred to make the repairs, however to date no check has been received.  Until this occurs, I consider the matter still ongoing.

We received a call one evening from [redacted] and before I could even check my messages and get back with him he had already contacted the Revdex.com. This  should not be considered a complaint. We have no problem helping [redacted]  Will contact him next week and see what is wrong.[redacted]

There was no order to cancel. I did mention getting a refund, and was one reason I drove down all the way back down the next morning. There is no contract, and their policies were not explained to me the first or second day I was in. I did not worry too much because nothing was purchased. Since the day before I submitted my complaint to you, they want me to talk with [redacted], the person this started with. I was told he would contact me. But, so far no response. I called again last Friday, and was told I was a nice and they want to deal with me, and right now I have an in store credit. That was [redacted] I talked with and I do appreciate her keeping it friendly, as that is what we must do to work together. I do not want to hurt this company in any way, as they are a legit company, and if we can work this out then, would like the post to not be posted on your website. But, I want this over, and am tired of it. I actually do need a back door, and have offered a compromise, if they are unwilling to refund my money, then I can buy one door if they can refund the rest. I told wait until Tuesday because [redacted] is out of town to see if this will work. I have not heard back. If [redacted] is too busy then, how about a refund. I will work with you to make sure this is not posted if we can come to an agreement. A refund being great!Regards,[redacted]

[redacted] Allied Aluminum Products, the company in which I filed my complaint against, contacted me after I filed the complaint requesting me to remove it. They said they would come and address the problem with their faulty installation the following week. They never called me again nor came to my house to even look at the installation of the door on my house regarding the initiated complaint. I have never heard from these people to date. It appears they have not attention of attempting to do anything regarding their breach of contract. The purchase price for this door and installation was $638.00.

Revdex.comWe have reviewed this.  The background is that this is a manufacturer warranty issue of the motor backed by them.  This is not a labor or workmanship issue under our company warranty. We will try to assist the homeowner however we can and give them a cost estimate to remove the item...

from the awning so they can send it to the manufacturer for repair if needed.  The homeowner is not obligated to use our services if needed.   We will contact them and help any way we can. ThanksAllied Aluminum
