Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below ***, the owner, contacted me by phone on 11/23, the day after my complaint, and said he would come out to my property on either 11/or 11/to complete the work He also said the phone number I had for him was not working and he would text me from a more reliable number My wife and/or I were home on the 24th and 25th and never saw *** He also never sent me the other phone number He then texted me from the original number on 11/to ask how my lawn was doing I replied on 12/that there had been some additional animal damage He replied on 12/that he would be coming back, but did not say when In his most recent response to my complaint he says he will be coming out Monday, which I assume means 12/7, the Monday following his 12/text My wife was home on 12/and did not see [redacted] or anyone else from his company Therefore, I am unable to confirm ***'s claim that he has come over and completed the work, and the evidence I have suggests he has not Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] from Banner Pest Control came by my property on December 9, 2015 to try a different treatment, which seems to have worked. Although I am disappointed that it took 64 days to finally resolve this issue, during whihc time my lawn was severely damaged, my complaint has been addressed. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Regards, [redacted]
