Date Sent: 5/21/5:59:AMThe property [redacted] is talking about we did do the roofThis past winter was the 2nd worst in Indiana historyIce damming has been well documented by every Insurance Company in Indiana and other statesThis property has been assessed by his Ins Company and found ice damming to be the causeHe called me and ask me to take care of it with his Insurance company per their scope of work sheetI told him okHe sent Insurance and myself permission for me to do the repairsI started repairs and informed his that I needed money to do them per insurance scope of work sheetsHe then refused to pay and blamed my company for a faulty roof His residence that he rents is a patio homeWe did the total roof for both of the propertiesThe lady next door had called me during the winter and said her roof also was leaking and asked me to come outI did on the following Monday and snow and ice filled the area of concernI told her it was ice damming and it was a bad winter but we installed all materials properly and to call her Insurance She did and they claimed it ice dammingIn the mean time she had another roofer named [redacted] come out and look at itThis was my main competition to get I think or twelve of these patio homes in the Sub DivisionHe got on her roof when and installed an electrical probe like thing in her valley that is used for ice damming preventionHe then tells her that we didn't install the rubber roof properlyHe said that the rubber membrane wsa cut short of where it needed to beThe home owner called me and told me this so my lead roofer and other of us went out and looked at the area of concernWe all started laughing because it looked like a year old kid cut the rubber backMy lead roofer did this job and said someone else has cut this because he is the one that did this areaHe most definitely remembers the jobWe Installed it in July or August and with all of the rain we had after installing there would have been damage before the winter in which both sides were claimed ice damming by both Insurance CompaniesIf further info needed please contact me [redacted] the guy complaining also wouldn't pay his deductable buy law so he still owes me $from the Hail storm Insurance claim
After calling nearby Roofing Repair Companies, I decided to go with Armadillo Roofing, LLC Not only was the minimum, base price lower than other companies, the repairs were completed quickly and professionally Most other companies had a 2-week waiting list
Although the damage to my roof was extensive, the workers paid close attention to detail to match their repairs to the undamaged portion of my roof They also took time to examine the undamaged portion for any indication of future problems
I highly-recommend Armadillo Roofing, LLC to anyone in need of roof repair
I had a shingle blow loose, which has been a reoccurring issueTried patching myselfDecided to get it done professionallyCalled Aramdillo, he came out within minutesLooked the situation over, and we discussed optionsThere was rain coming in that night, he sealed the shingle back into place, and reported another serious issue developingI was impressed with his professional attitude, and his willingness to make sure the customer is satisfiedWhen I get ready to have the work done, I am most definitely calling him back to do it
That is funny to hear those nonsense causes. First of all that can be a disaster but he gave me one year of warranty on his contract. Second he lied to you , I told him to take care of this roofing issue and sent him and authorization but cancelled it later. He tried to charge me for doing nothing and tried to threatened me for putting lien on my property. Third I know at least five home owners having same issues in our subdivision who hired same contractor. Probably some of those people filed claims against him. I
do not owe him $1000 from the insurance claim , we made a deal and he told me to finish the job for what insurance company paid for. I do not accept any of his excuses , he is the worst contractor I have seen.
