I located black mold in my basement and shopped around for a company to repair my walls and take care of the mold...I shopped around and didn't find a company I found THE company! ***, ***, and his workers were all great they were fast! And knowable!....I would highly recommend the Basement Doctor

Our home had the crawl space repaired by The Basement Doctor in Feb. 2014.
While checking out an alarm on the sump pump I found water in the crawl space.
We called them and the owner promptly returned our call.
This was on Sunday 5/24/2015. He was at a Piano recital for his daughter.
He came to our home after the recital and he found our problem. (Not His)
It was an outside fixture that had frozen and cracked a pipe.
He gave me some direction on what to do.
His concern was genuine, nice to know a company actually cares about their customers.
