On Saturday, March 23rd I contacted the service department at Midland Mitsubishi to inquire about bringing my vehicle in for service. Since their schedule was full that day, the associate I spoke to offered to schedule me for a day of my choosing during the following week. I scheduled my appointment for 10:00am on Thursday, March 28th. Upon arriving I informed the associate that I had was there for my 10:00am appointment to get the oil changed in my vehicle. He responded by saying “Well, we actually don’t have anyone here today who can do an oil change. Who did you speak to?” I told him that I didn’t write down the associate’s name, but I know that I got the date, time, and place correct. He replied with a very unprofessional and defensive attitude by saying “Well, i’m the service manager and we wouldn’t have schedule you for an oil change today because my service technician is away at a training event”. He was clearly insinuating that I am the one who was mistaken about the appointment. I take serious issue with this manager’s attitude. He offered me no resolution nor did he apologize for their scheduling mistake. I don’t believe he has the company’s best interest in mind. Before leaving I scheduled a second appointment for the following week. After he put me in the system, I told him thank you but he didn’t acknowledge me at all.

The reason for us having to pick up vehicle was not due to not being able to get financingThe customers employer would not verify her employment which was a requirement of the bankThe was for the miles that was put on the vehicle plus the customer was in vehicle for months and

I am rejecting this response because:
II have been employed at my job for three yearsI don't understand how it could not be verifiedI only had the vehicle for weeksI was under the impression I was purchasing the vehicle not leasing it for the mileageWhy was I refused a reciept for what I was being charged?

Horrible experience. Have been called and threatened twice after leaving a bad review. After we asked for our money back they then stated that the money was never accounted for and they don’t believe we paid it. The money was never an issue until we asked for it back. They keep threatening to press charges on us for something that was their fault. I’m not worried about them pressing charges because legally they can’t. They’d know this if they actually listened instead of pointing the blame on us. Don’t go here stay away at all costs!! It’s not worth the loss of money or threats from the manager!!

Went to purchase a vehicle but was talked into telling the bank I had a different vehicle than what I actually have. We are stuck paying for a more expensive vehicle than what we have but when I talked to them after gaining some knowledge they said nothing could be done due to my car having the same vin number that the bank has.
