I bought a replacement battery for my Nexus cell phone from BatteryMonster.comThe advertised item says “Brand New” and the picture shows an OEM (LG) batteryWhen I received the battery, obviously it is not a new oneIt is wrapped in foil with wrinklesThe edge is opened up with dusts all over the sticky part of the foil (I took pictures)I have to pay $to ship it back to returnI was charged with another $for “re-stocking fee and shipping cost” when they did the refundIt’s a waste of my time and my money

Ordered Samsung smart phone battery on June **, and received confirmation of order same evening Said in order - with all information correct - "shipping was - business days."
Now on July 8th, no battery and I call to find status Automated system did not "find" my order I called back trying to talk to a personFinally reached "Bruce" - who checked on the status of my order Found my order number and said the battery was "back ordered"And that they sent and email to my on June *** None was receivedWhen I asked him to confirm it was sent, after waiting a while he said it was sent Then he gave me the email address it was sent to and it was an incorrect address Not matching what showed on my order confirmation email in either the shipping or the billing email confirmation
I told them no email was sent to me and I asked to speak with a manager Bruce told me "he is out to lunch" He asked me if I want to keep the order or cancel it? I asked when would the battery arrive He said in 7-business daysI asked is that to me or to your location He said, that was when they expected to receive it So I asked to confirm, then it would be 7-business days before they receive it and then 2-business days before I would receive it So it could take weeks more before I receive it making over a month to receive an order He said that was correct I asked for the corporate office number so I could talk with a manager and he said he didn't have that number available He said he could have a manager call me back I asked him if he had my number - he confirmed he did never received a call cancelled the order

Please do not buy from battery monster!
I purchased cordless phone batteries that were sent out and did not work I then received new batteries that were mediocre and I purchased a two year warranty at that time. I called before my 2 year warranty was up and my claim was denied because they said it went back to the original effective date I called battery monster and I was told by two people including a supervisor that I had two years from the purchase date of the warranty but the company that offers the warranty says that it is from the original date of the bad batteries that were sent out, and Battery monster will not send new batteries even though they told me I have two years from my purchase date of the warranty. Robert the manager told me that I still had my warranty but they will not send out new batteries there customer service is rude unethical and does not do anything when you call in.

I ordered a replacement battery for my LG Revere cell phone about 2 1/2 months ago. I tried using it about a month ago and it would not hold a charge. I tried charging it 3 times for 12 hours and it would not hold a charge. I called on 6-11-18 at 8:53 a.m. PST and told the customer rep. the whole story. He said it was over 30 days and since I didn't have an extended warranty, there was nothing he could do. But I could buy a new battery. This battery is defective. I put my old battery in the phone and it charges perfectly after 4 hours.
