We have had no contact with the company since August on the status of our insurance claim.
We signed an agreement with the company to advocate on our insurance claim. I've had no contact with the company since August after making several attempts by phone and via their website.
I need someone to contact me or certified letter will be sent to void the agreement due to no contact.

This individual is not our customer or client. They are not the policyholder or homeowner.

The home is part of an estate from when my husband's mother died. My husband *** and I live in it; *** is the oldest sibling and listed first as one of the homeowners, also listed on the estate's policy. I will have my husband provide his signature to authorize the complaint, his sister is out of country and cannot be reached. You may send information about the policy to *** since he is the policyholder, although I was the point of contact this whole time when speaking to Bay Area Public Adjuster's representative, Scott L.
We have been working with an insurance company on a claim and hired this business as a representative to push the insurance claim that was ongoing for a year. Scott L. with Bay Area Public Adjuster was our representative, we have emails and text messages from him. Scott had inquired if I signed anything, I told him no since my name is not listed on the home; he forwarded signed documents received from the insurance company, which showed my name was forged by the roofing company. After hurricane Irma we have not heard from Scott.

We have worked it out with the business directly, issues are resolved. I spoke with the owner; we apologized after we discussed the issues and settled everything.
We also spoke to the insurance company and received a release letter from Bay Area.

This is a family feud over money.
There are three people who own the home, and she is not one of them. The person filing the complaint wants information the other family members do not want her to have.
Homeowners signed away policy to another company, so we does not represent them anymore. They are not satisfied with our answer.
