I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11295157, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I do not agree that there was anything left by my party in the shower, since we did not even use the shower Additionally, there is absolutely no reason for us to be on a "do not rent" list, as we have stayed at this property numerous times without issue If there were some paper napkins and an empty water bottle on the floor, it was inadvertent and I would think not terribly uncommon for room clean up.
I am greatly disappointed in this hotel that used to be my favorite

experience with the same guest in the past. Every hotel policy is to charge the guest for any damage to the property(room).
