I really hope someone reads this message because I am actually dealing with a horrible case, and I happen to be the victim of a very experience scam artist. First of all let me begin by stating that this person began doing business with me under a...

false name. Second of all she has a very extensive record of her lies and scams, which many freelancers, models, chefs and small business owners have been victims of. Please see links below. Finnally, almost two months ago, when Ms. [redacted] aka [redacted] began canceling for our meetings and lengthening our project. I offered her all of her samples and patterns if she finished paying for what the pending balance was, and also if she paid me for the $800 I paid her for a software she offered to sell to me. I was willing to give her the 39 samples we had completed and the finished patterns I had completed, if she only paid me for the $400 pending balance on her initiating deposit, and the $800 cash I gave her for the software. But for three weeks+ she had me chasing her for the cash and to finally meet with her in person, for almost a month later after she refused to meet with me and pay me my refund on the software, she decided she no longer wanted the 39 samples, patterns or her fabric and she had the audacity of asking for a full rerun on the project. 
 
Now Ive never dealt with anyone like this but, I have spoken to a few people about her history and have a few links of her past, and well her attitude and the way she has acted is deffinately a pattern of her scam. 
 
Now Ive been always accessible to meet with her, and give her all her stuff back including her samples and finished patterns. But all she wants is a full refund, which I think is unfair.
 
Please TAKE THE TIME, AND I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE TO SEE WHO I AM DEALING WITH. 
 
She does'nt answer my phone calls, has blocked all communications from me and her attorney does not respond either.
 
 
Here is a link to the chef's original complaint back in 2006 which you will find starkly contrasts to the version [redacted] would have told you.  She was using a married name at that time, [redacted].

You will also be sad to see this story of a woman who was majorly screwed by her way back in 2007.  You will see she is still using the same lies about having health problems, not to mention telling a guy that she was pregnant!

You can see from these public records that she has small claims cases against her in Kearny Mesa (San Diego) dating back to April and November of 2005, and then two separate people took her to small claims court in 2013 (that we know of).  By all accounts, she is a frequent flyer in the San Diego court system and a leopard doesn't change its spots.Links:

As I said, I am willing to give her everything to close this window of working with her if she meets with me personally as planned since April 8th and she gives me the $400 she owed me from the beginning, and the $800 of the software. I have everything documented I can proof everything, from her texts, emails and Facebook messages.
Please note that I have never had a complaint, I don't have any cases open under my name or business. With my freelancing business I support my family and myself, I am not a con artist as she is and has a history of.

Review: I had hired her company to produce patterns and samples for my new fitness apparel line. In doing so, I encountered many delays due to organization issues as well as unprofessionalism. I had paid her thousands of dollars and in 4 months of working with her, not even 50% of the work was done. I wanted to cut ties and move on and I requested for her to return my fabric, unfinished patterns and samples and it was not done. I found out that she misrepresented her self to me. The factory that she claimed to own does not belong to her. The client that she told me was her client, has no clue who she is. I also found out that she does not have a business license.Desired Settlement: I would like for her to return the money that I paid her totaling up to $3,835.00
