This response is inaccurateI was called weeks before my appointment, not Mind you, the appointment was made on August to come in Nov Calling me weeks prior to an appointment made months in advance is simply distastefulAlso, when they first called me to tell me that I would have to reschedule I told them that I had this planned several weeks in advance and had people coming from out of stateThey then said they would see what they could do and call me backThey called back to tell me that they were still going to need to rescheduleThat is when I said that I would be sure to worn other brides-about this incidentThey then called me back again, and that is when they offered to let me come inUp until the point that I threatened to expose this, they were not going to allow me to come inNow obviously after all of that, when they did finally say they would let me keep my appointment, why would I even want to come in? Who in their right mind would? They are extremely unprofessional and the fact that they cancelled on me so close to my appointment is unacceptableI asked to speak to the owner who never called me backNot even to this dayThe worst part of it is, they were going to cancel to go to a seminarI have attended several throughout my life in my educational and professional career, and to act as if that was unknown up until weeks beforehand is a fabrication as far as I'm concernedTypically, things of those nature are planned well in advanceWorst of all, they admitted to having other appointments that dayTherefore, I'm not the only one impacted by their decisionAs a future bride, the sheer inconvenience and again lack of professionalism this organization has demonstrated is despicableUnlike this organization, I will admit that I did swear at the end of the conversationI simply said that what they had done was b*Quite frankly, it is! I'm sure anyone who was ever planned a wedding and has to orchestrate every detail that is involved would agreeI can't believe that after everything they won't even offer to tell the entire truthful story and actually attempted to make me look like I'm in the wrongI ought to update my reviews and include this information

Ms. [redacted] had an appointment scheduled for November 7th. I called Ms. [redacted] 3 weeks before her scheduled appointment and asked if she can re-schedule her appointment for another day. She responded with "no" I have people from out of state coming and we have a schedule that...

is in place with appointments all day. I then told her I would call her back with a solution. On my 3rd call to her I told her I would have one of my consultants be able to keep the appointment.  She said "oh no I would not want to come to your bridal shop anymore I am going on every site and tell everybody about this and I even took a swear word at that point I should of ended the phone call but I didn't and she hang up. I did everything I could to keep her appointment and I could still not make Ms. [redacted] happy. All I asked was to change her appointment and things happen were businesses need to change appointments and this is what I get for wanting to change an appointment she has a whole day full of appointments. I was hung up on and swore at and I was still nice and kind to Ms. [redacted]. Thank you,Beautiful Bride

Review: I made an appointment with Beautiful Bride on August 25 (over 9 weeks in advance) for myself and 8 bridesmaids to go dress shopping. Two girls are travelling over 5 hours for this apt., and another is travelling roughly 3. They call me 2 weeks beforehand to cancel so that their consultants can go to a seminar. This is completely unacceptable, and now the other appointments and meal reservations that I had lined up to work around his appointment are irrelevant and now we have a two hour time gap. There is no way that they just found out about this seminar, and I can't understand how that would be more important to them than business.Desired Settlement: I want to speak directly with the owner, and I want this review to be public so that others are aware of the risk when working with Beautiful Bride.
