I hired company to upholster cushions for my boat on July 15, 2013. I paid in full on 10/29/13 and I am still waiting for the final piece. Once I received upholstery and placed it in my boat, it was not correct. They came out to see and agreed to repair. The pieces were taken back to be corrected. I have received all but one piece back and I have called several times but they keep telling me that they have not had time to get to it. The last response from them was "if they get to it, they get to it and if not, oh well. It has been since October 29, 2013 when they were paid in full for the job.
