My name is *** *** and own the Bedzzz to go location and personally took care of this consumer during the whole purchase processMy client purchased many items from me years ago on March 8th They put all the products in layaway at
that time and as they got paid for I would delivery whatever items my client wanted at that timeThey have never showed any concern or dislike on any product other than the Trundle beds that they purchasedMy consumer actually came in and told me that the trundle bed was broke and he believed that his son must have flopped on it pretty hard to break it, I have since ordered that product as a replacement but as of today the manufacturer has been out of stockI have another truck on order and hoping that the replacement arrives with this truckOther than that my consumer has NEVER spoke to me about any other itemsThis should also shed some light on why he never has had a compliantHe has been on a layaway purchase which means you don't receive the goods until you have them paid for) over the last two years he has made payments pretty regular and received all the goods as he got them paid offWhy would he have continued to make payments with us and continue to receive goods if he had problems with my company or products? The following is all the payments that my consumer had made and the datesThe date of payments and the items he received during this time just doesn't make sense to me on any complaint,
Payments from the original date of 3/8/are 4/11/13, 5/1/13, 6/12/13, 7/7/13, 8/3/13, 9/5/13, 10/12/13, 11/2/13, 11/7/13, 1/8/14, 2/12/14, 3/15/14, 4/16/14, 6/4/14, 8/1/14, 9/17/14, 10/13/14, 11/15/14, 12/5/14, 1/23/and final payment on 2/10/Again if sometime in the time frame of all these payments he wasn't satisfied with any product he would have quit making these payments
I'm not trying to be unreasonable but I'm not buying the complaint nor I'm I willing to refunding any money, again I have the only product that was ever questioned on order as a replacement if he still wants it when it arrives
