Complaint: [redacted] I disagree with what he is saying my air yes was leaking from the rear back tire when I came to get free air and offered to pay and the owner always told me it was ok the right front tire never leaked air at all they broke my valve and they need to replace it...for one he lied in this statement that tire was never a leak in it yes it's true I came for air maybe once out of the week for my back tire which we replaced on that day never did I come everyday to get air that was lie number I do not agree with his statement I am rejecting this response because:

We cant do anything for her,her sensor valve stim is not rubber so it will break from putting air in it,what the reason she need the air if there was no problem,and it first time in years I change tires,.that someone claim metal sensor valve stim will break from putting air in it,we didn't charge her to put air,we was helping her

Thanx ,I am not sure about it but she can bring the car I will take to body shop if it is our fault we will pay for the damage

the customer used to come get free air almost everyday we never charge her ,and putting air in a tire will never crack a metal sensor valve stimbut the weather and the collision do that and I already showed her where her sensor got an old crack that the reason why her tire need air,it was
leaking befor she got free air,we know her and we always help her because she always treat us nice and we sorry for what happened but it was not our fault,I wish she understand the tire was leaking air because of that,and we always be proud of helping her
